To ensure we can continue to offer our best work while maintaining fair compensation for our team, we have established the following policies.
Pricing & Minimums
Catering Minimums:
Wild Love Vegan Cuisine’s catering begins at $1,590. Our sister business, Vegan Catering with Love, starts at $780 for simplified buffet catering.
Custom Catering Minimum:
Limited customizations are available on all of our vegan catering orders. Fully customized catering services require a minimum spend of $3,000.
Budget-Friendly Packages:
For clients with smaller budgets, we offer set menu options that maintain our quality while streamlining service.
Price Adjustments:
Our pricing reflects the cost of premium ingredients, labor, expertise, and the care we put into each event. We do not negotiate rates but are happy to suggest options within your budget.
Private Chef Catering Services:
We are available for intimate gatherings of 14 or less with vegan catering packages starting at $1,590 (before tax and service charge)
What’s Included
Full-Service Catering (22% Charge):
Our full-service vegan catering includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and onsite chefs and servers for a 5-star dining experience at your next event.
Set-Up Service (20% Charge):
Our team will set up a grazing station/buffet with display plating, little menu signs and floral accents, ideal for those looking for high-quality meals without full-service catering.
Drop-Off Catering (18% Charge):
A simplified service where we deliver your vegan catering menu with simple serving instructions and little menu signs, ideal for those looking for a budget friendly option.
Drop-Off Service is not available for all menu items.
Customization & Flexibility
Menu Customization:
Our diverse vegan catering menus have many options to choose from, and we can make minor adjustments to menu items as requested. Fully customized menus with newly developed items are available for clients spending $3,000+. Budget-friendly packages are offered as-is with limited modifications.
Dietary Accommodations:
We accommodate gluten-free, nut-free, and other allergens/dietary needs with advance notice.
Client Flexibility Discount:
Clients who are open to allowing Wild Love Vegan to decide your menu and service may receive special pricing to accommodate their flexibility. If you are on a budget, consider this option!
Booking & Payment
Deposit Required:
A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The full balance is due 14 days before your event. There is a $20/day penalty for late payments.
Consultation Policy:
We offer up to two custom menu/quote proposals before requiring a deposit. Additional menu consultations are available for a $100 fee, which does not apply toward the service.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are subject to a forfeiture of payments.
Additional Fees
Pop-Up Kitchen Setup:
A 15% surcharge applies for events requiring a full kitchen build-out.
