Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I get a discount if it's served as a buffet instead of plated?
A: Nothing from our regular menu's price changes based on buffet service versus plated service. However, we do offer a budget friendly menu with items that are served buffet style at a lower cost.

Q: Can I mix and match items from different packages?
A: Absolutely! We can create a custom package for your needs.

Q: What if my guest count changes at the last minute?
A: We need the total guest count 2 weeks before the event date. However, we could accommodate increases of up to 5 guests even if it's last minute. Decreases in guest count after the final payment deadline are non-refundable.

Q: Can I order 20 servings of multiple entrees for my 60 person party so guests have options? 

A: If we are providing full-service onsite, we require the serving amount to be equivalent to the guest count of every menu item that is ordered. If we are simply dropping off, you can order as little as 15 servings..

 

Q: Can I give my guests a choice between two entrees?

A: Yes, we simply require the serving amount of all items ordered is equivalent to the total guest count. This can be served buffet style or as part of a multi-course dinner. This way, all your guests will get to enjoy the entire menu. 

 

Q: Do you provide tastings?
A: Yes, they are $750, include a 4 course degustation and a specialty cocktail, they are hosted in south LA and you get $100 credit when you book our service.

 

Q: Can I hire you for just a small event?
A: We offer intimate private chef services with set menus starting at $1,590
