made of brown lentils, butternut squash, onion, carrot, celery, walnuts, oats, garlic, olive oil, herbs, Himalayan salt and spices. topped with a cranberry-orange compote sweetened with maple

with creamed potato, carrot, celery, cashew, roasted garlic and a touch of fresh rosemary salt
